I’m Angela Watson. As a National Board Certified teacher turned instructional coach, I’ve been sharing ideas online since 2003 through my website, TheCornerstoneforTeachers.com. I’ve written 5 books, created countless printable resources, and even launched a top-rated weekly podcast called Truth for Teachers.

Questions about which is right for you?

The strategies you learn are the same in both programs–there is nothing in Fast Track that you won’t also find in Full Year.

Only the format and the depth of the materials are different. Fast Track is a condensed version of Full Year, and instead of covering every topic, it includes just the most essential ones for mid-school-year. And, instead of including all the strategies for the most essential topics, it includes just the ones past participants have found MOST impactful.

Fast Track does not include anything for back-to-school, end-of-year close out, or any other seasonal materials. It’s just the resources you need to trim 3, 5, or 10+ hours off your workweek right away in January.

Not every teacher is interested in a 52 week program. Fast Track is perfect for those who:

-Want to learn the strategies in less time at a lower cost
-Don’t want to be overwhelmed with a lot of material to sort through
-Don’t want to commit to a full year long program
-Want to get results quickly in the middle of the school year
-Like to skip to the “best stuff” and prefer summaries to in-depth explorations

The Full Year is the original 40 Hour Teacher Workweek program that’s had proven results in over 28,000 schools. It’s perfect for those who:

-Want resources to help streamline every aspect of their work
-Like ongoing accountability and support for changing habits slowly over time
-Prefer to work systematically, tackling one area each month before moving on to the next thing
-Want an in-depth exploration of each topic with lots of ideas and printables provided
-Want a complete, holistic, and comprehensive approach to productivity and work/life balance

You’ll have the option at the end of the 6 week Fast Track to purchase the Graduate Program. This is available to anyone who’s completed any version of the 40 Hour Teacher Workweek. The one-time fee of $49 for the Graduate Program includes the entire yearlong course, including updated materials and printables, for the lifetime of the club.

There are no recurring fees: pay once and get updates to all the materials for the full course indefinitely. So if you join Fast Track and then the Graduate Program, you get access to ALL of the materials, and you’d end up paying less than what you’d pay if you had joined the full course.

No, you never lose access to the materials you paid for and can login to the member’s site at any time. If you would like the updated version of the materials, that’s available for purchase through the Graduate Program.
